It focuses mainly on standards compliancy, trainers’ placements, capacity development and retention, school infrastructure development and cross-cutting issues such as workplace learning, career guidance, industry attachments, production and incubation, tracer surveys as well as gender-mainstreaming in TVET. Also under this department is the overseeing and ensuring proper management of special academies.
